About 250 two-storied residential villas belonging to SABI suffered premature reinforcement corrosion due to brackish curing water. Provided condition and structural assessment, NDT and repair design including comprehensive report, scope of work, specifications and drawings.

Bridges & Culverts

Bridges & culverts in Jubail, Saudi Arabia under Royal Commission, suffered concrete deterioration due to reinforcement corrosion and salt weathering. Provided condition assessment and supervised repair and protection to prolong the service life.

Hotel Buildings

Foundations of the 5-star hotel in Khobar, Saudi Arabia suffered reinforcement corrosion due to aggressive soil and aging. Provided condition assessment, NDT and repair design including comprehensive report, scope of work, specifications and repair drawings.

Cooling Tower

Cooling tower in SABIC petrochemical plant, Jubail, Saudi Arabia suffered concrete deterioration due to harsh seawater spillage. Provided condition assessment and repair design including comprehensive report

Water and chemical storage steel tank bottoms lost thickness due to soil side corrosion. Conducted bottom plate thickness measurement by MFL technique, carried out repair by welding plates/replacing entire bottom and installed cathodic protection system to extend service life
